A builder in Balwyn had nine townhouses going up at once and needed a consistent entry door across the whole development. The aluminium door jambs were already in — pre-installed as part of the structural package — so whatever door went in had to work with what was there.
Getting one custom door right is straightforward. Getting nine of them identical, all fitting pre-set jambs with zero tolerance for variation, is a different job entirely. Every door had to match in profile, finish, and hardware placement. No room for inconsistency when buyers are walking through comparing units side by side.
